Coming from San Francisco
Over the Bay Bridge, stay to the right-hand lanes and take 880 south toward San Jose. After you pass downtown Oakland, look for 23rd Avenue, Alameda exit. Go straight off the exit, past the cement factories. Follow road as it bends until you reach a traffic circle (where you will see a 7-11 store). Turn right onto the traffic circle and pass over the green bridge.  This puts you on Park Street in Alameda. At the second stop-light, turn right onto Clement Avenue. Continue until you see "Gate 5" at 2033 Clement Avenue. The Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C., is in Suite 200 in Building 31. Building 31 is tan-colored, while all others on the marina are a darker brown.  Suite 200 is on the western end of the building. In the event that Gate 5 is closed, continue on Clement Avenue to Gate 7. After passing through the gate, make an immediate right turn. Continue to Ace Electric Supply, then veer to the left, looking for our tan-colored building.

Coming from South Bay
Take highway 880 north past Coliseum and Oakland airport exits. Get off freeway at 23rd Avenue exit. Follow signs for Alameda, left lane. Make a U-turn as directed and head West over the freeway. Go straight through two stop-lights (you'll see a 7-11 store on your left) and over a green bridge. This puts you on Park Street in Alameda. At the second stop-light, turn right onto Clement Avenue.
