Patent Agent

The Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C. has an opening for a Patent Agent. MINIMUM qualifications include: 1) a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology or a related discipline; 2) must be registered to practice before the USPTO. Significant patent prosecution related work experience is highly desirable, but consideration will be given to extraordinary candidates lacking significant prosecution experience. This position is a tremendous opportunity to learn from and work with the best biotechnology patent attorneys and agents in the country, as well as to quickly develop a strong and independent patent practice. Compensation is extremely competitive and benefits are excellent, including a no vesting period 401K with an employer contribution of 6%+ of salary (with no matching required), as well as medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
