Deborah Ann Barragan joined the Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C. as a Legal Assistant and Draftsperson in March of 2000. Ms. Barragan has an A.S. with honors in Graphics Design from the Art Institutes International at San Francisco.

Kimberly Cheung

Evelyn Gomez joined The Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C., after working at Limbach & Limbach as a Patent Secretary. Prior to her work at Limbach, Ms. Gomez worked at Townsend and Townsend and Crew in several capacities, most recently as a legal assistant in their International Department. In addition, Ms. Gomez is bilingual in Spanish/English.

Andrew Merit joined the Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C., in August of 1999 as a Draftsman and Accounts Administrator. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Families First Inc. as a Therapeutic Art and Activity Counselor treating emotionally disturbed children. Mr. Merit has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Davis (1994) and is a graduate of The BATS Improv School of Improvisational Acting.

Michael Pan

Tracey Sedivec joined the Quine Intellectual Property Law Group, P.C., as a Business and Human Resources Manager in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sedivec directed operations in litigation consulting, engineering consulting and accounting firms. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California at Berkeley.
